Bruen negates this whole thing anyway. The constitution stands. ATF can "clarify" all the new rules into existence that they can think of, that doesn't make them actually mean anything.

They sure mean something if you’re arrested. Sure, you might win in court. After being cuffed, processed, arraigned & a trial-while spending 10’s of thousands of dollars to a trial attorney. Unless a jury of anti 2A folks decides you’re guilty & you wait in prison for the appeal process. It doesn’t mean anything at all….
