Recently needed to replace my 442 that my wife took control of, and stumbled on this. Back in the Army days as a CWO I carried a Chief's Special in plain clothes. Somehow over the years I had moved over to Centennials for a backup gun. When I saw this...an unfired Chiefs Special Airweight (37), no-lock, no-MIM, fp on the hammer, and +P rated I knew the replacement had been found. It's a poor, quick picture but I wanted to show it off.

You done good. That 37 looks factory new! Beautiful.

The Service Six I paid a little much for, but it was in near mint condition, and it's a pre-billboard model. Now I want a 4" stainless Speed Six!
