I was sighting in my Springfield M1A. Pleasant cool sunny sunday morning. Everything was going great. Right about then I look up over my scope and what do I see. The idiot at the other end of the range walking out in front of me to check his target. No heads up at all. Just got up and took off down the range without any warning.
Too bad you can't shoot those dumbasses with a beanbag round to the hip.

Not the first time it's happened to me. Bad thing was they had a kid with them, maybe 7 or 8 years old. The range owner explained to them why you might want to call for a cold line before skipping down range holding hands and singing cum-by-yah.
Makes the hair on my arms stand up every time I see it happen ... even after all these years ...
Some people just don't have any business leaving the house ...
If the kid wasn't there, you should have sent one down range to get his attention.
