My buddy got one big one on his cam getting at his mineral and another pic with two littles. Then I dumped some old corn out with the cam on it and got a pic with 6. Now 80% of my pics are hog and the other 20% are deer. This is our first year seeing pigs on camera so now we gotta watch for them and try to thin them out a bit sometime. Just not sure if we should try before rifle season or just wait it out till after season. Dont really want to disturb the deer, but I know they are only going to get more and more. What do you think?

Hogs are already disturbing the deer. Get in there with some double 00 and clean them out. Once you shoot them up they probably won't be back for about a month. Pigs and deer can be a double edged sword when using corn. Just my opinion here though.

I had my AR with me yesterday when we went to fix some stands, but we didnt see any. My buddy wants to trap them after season, but I'd rather take them out sooner. My only problem with that is having the time to drive out there and hunt them. I have a list of things to do on the weekends and a 6mo old baby so if I could get em all in one day it would be great, but I dont see that happening.

They come by the food about twice a day. My buddy has an idea for a "snail" shaped trap, I guess that would be better than just picking them off one at a time.

Based on what you said, I'd get them out now. Still time to settle things down before rifle season. Act swiftlyly, deliver a large amount of justice, and leave no survivors.
