If you wonder about the size of wheels on grinders- I have an eighteen inch wheel on my grinder. My friend Rick Menefee is in the process of building one with a 21 1/2 inch wheel. It will make cutting fools.
That wheel alone has to weigh 50 pounds, it is set up to run up to 10,000 RPM,
