So not sure if anyone has confirmed that this firearm is legal without a stamp, but one of my local gun stores sell's it right on there website. Stating that it is legal in Oklahoma to own and posses without an NFA Stamp, or any special requirements. If i'm repeating the same thing sorry I didn't read everyone's comment before posting this just thought I would throw what I've seen, and read :hey3:. the link to the store page is below.

I missed where they said it was legal in Oklahoma? Seems they’re repeating the ATF opinion and not addressing the Oklahoma statute that implies the Shockwave would be considered a sawed-off shotgun. This point was addressed earlier in this thread.

Any number of those guns have already been sold in Oklahoma. It doesn't seem likely that the AG will decide to restrict sales of them after so many are already in circulation. That said, I see little reason to own one myself. The Shockwave is 26 & 1/2 inches long with a 14 inch barrel, while the standard M500 Cruiser model is 26 & 1/2 inches long with an 18 inch barrel.

The way I read OK's SDA: anything that fires a series of projectiles and is less than 18" (e.g. Judge, Shockwave, J Frame with rat shot) is a sawed off shotgun and hence illegal. I suppose if you put slugs in it you'd be okay under this definition. All that said, I will be getting one and adding a green laser as soon as this law changes or I see in writing I can have it in my car with shot in it. Just my $.02.

I just got my shockwave SBS'd. If you get one on sale or for a decent price, it's not a bad option to Form 1 it. In the end, I think it cost me around $600.

I just received in the mail (for the second time) a throw-away advertisement from Academy Sports showing the Mossberg 'Shockwave' (with photo) on sale for $299.99. With this firearm being openly advertised by a major retailer, I think that the likelihood of being prosecuted under state firearm laws for possession would be nil.
