Paid for my can one year ago, saw the $200 billed to my card 30 days later. Still waiting as of 10-22-2017. I read somewhere the ATF has 30 people processing forms for the entire U.S.

I really think they do take there sweet time on purpose to deter, all but the most committed individuals from wanting to obtain a tax stamp. Looks like ill just put a pistol buffer tube and pad on the weapon until the stamp comes in, so that I can at least shoot the thing, and not be illegal. the weapon has never been register as a rifle, so I believe i'm OK to place a pistol buffer tube and pad on it until the stamp comes in right? IDk for sure i'll look at the AFT website again.

I don't know where you would have registered it, but it cannot be converted to a pistol (via a pistol buffer tube) if it has ever had a rifle tube physically placed on it (even without a buttstock). This is the ATF rule. How they know this, who knows, but that's what they say.

10 months was my wait time for a suppressor that I picked-up yesterday. :nolike:

Just got my stamp for a form 1 SBR today.

43 weeks

Are these trusts?

Trusts seem to be +90-100 days over individual transfers.

Although I was at peak times with my individual transfers and they were similar to these numbers earlier in the year.
