No, they are not. It all depends on how they are raised. My son has had pits for years, and they have all been exceptional, loving dogs. They do have exceptional strength, so you have to watch them.

I have no idea, but he's a cute one!

I'd say someone is missing him. Looks well fed. So many breeds are getting "spotted colorations" nowadays it makes identification tough. I'd probably lean toward Catahoula influence or a slick austrailian shepherd.
