You may take a look at Palmetto State Armory. I have 2 x 7” ar pistols and both run great. I use a 9’ cable and lock to secure my pistol in an unattended vehicle.

First and foremost, let me go ahead and tell you that as a police officer, over the years, I'll bet I've taken a million stolen firearm reports from guns being left in vehicles.

Just so you know.

Now then...in reference to your question; I believe that a weapon with an awesome trigger, especially when it brings a premium price because of that sweet trigger, should be mostly a range toy.

Weapons like Glocks, M&Ps, Sigs and others that have "ok" triggers are combet weapons. Frankly, if you ever hafta shoot a scrote, chances are, you're not gonna remember how sweet the trigger pull on whatever weapon you're using is anyway.

Just like deer hunters. You feel the recoil and hear the rifle's report when sighting in, but when that 12 pointer steps in front of you, the recoil, report and trigger pull is rarely noticed. All you see is buck fever.

Of course, and as always, YMMV.

I built a 300 BLK pistol with Aero parts that I would run against a Saint any day. It took some tweaking to get it right to begin with, but it runs like a champ now. And it was built a whole lot cheaper than the Saint. After optics and everything, I’ve got about $675 in it. I’ve got the gen 2 (adjustable) KAK brace on it now.

As was previously stated, the trigger is the least of my concerns for the purpose of the pistol. I’m not trying to shoot tight groups with it, and I don’t go to the range for extreme accuracy. Quite frankly, I wouldn’t want the same 3 - 3 1/2 pound trigger in that pistol that I run in my rifles.

And just like Indi, I secure mine with a heavy locking cable when left in a vehicle.

You can build a PSA pistol kit ($269) and use an *Anderson receiver ($40-45) and have about $300-325 in it. The gas block that comes with the kit is fine and you can polish the trigger and /or add some JP springs for less money.

*For a few dollars more you can get the PSA receiver.

I’m guessing you’re planning on keeping this pistol in your vehicle for SD purposes. If you are, consider that if you shoot any rifle caliber with a short barrel it will only take a few rounds before your ear drums start to bleed unless you plan on wearing ear protection everywhere you go.

I have several SBR’s and with the noise and muzzle flash they produce, there is no way I’d shoot any of them without a good set of hearing protection.

Build > buy. You can hand pick what you want and make it good. If you are going to match shoot those sweet expensive triggers might be great but as said when you are going for speed and the shot that needs to hit where it belongs you will never feel the pull. I like my cheap polished triggers with the pretravel removed. Still need to get some JP springs but they already break real nice. And an adjustable gas block is only needed when you are going to go from supressed to unsuppressed or that gas hole was wrong to begin with. If it's going to sit in a truck and get beat around WTF is the point of dropping over a grand on it. If you want to do that just bring me a lower and the money and you can be happy while I head to the bank. The parts are not that expensive.

I would go with one of the cheaper options, reason being like Glock 'em down I to had taken a few stolen firearms reports that the weapon was stolen from a vehicle.
Ask yourself this question, do you want to loose a 1300 dollar weapon to a thief or a 500 dollar one?
