Oklahoma needs a lot of does taken to correct the buck to doe ratio. I'd encourage a lot of folks to take up hunting.

For sure. I wish I had some private land access near where I live to put a few does in the freezer. Unfortunately, the public land that I am aware of near East Tulsa is worse than hunting the "pumpkin patch" at the Kaw Lake Public area. The few public areas that I would feel comfortable hunting on are only accessible by boat. I am going to try and scout some land near Cleveland this year and see how it looks during bow season.

I've been thinking about buying a new charcoal grill but at the prices you guys are posting here I don't think I could afford to feed it.

Maybe I could afford some bologna to toss in the smoker.

Lord only knows I've eaten more than my fair share of fried baloney and mustard sandwiches in my life but I've never tried it on the grill......looks like it might be some fine eatin'. :)

I've eaten lots of bologna (blowney). A lot of it cold out of an ice chest, fried, grilled smoked and even warmed up on the dash of the tractor (Before I knew about bacteria).

Grilled or fried are my favorites.
