Fried or smoked boloney is good stuff, maynard.
How bout the Chef Store on 240?Both Cao Nguyen and the Chinatown market in OKC always carry stacks of fresh pork bellies (we were just there today) but I guess that doesn't do you much good being in Bartlesville.......do a road trip with a ice chest and purchase several then take them back home, throw them in the freezer and thaw when needed.
That isnt a problem. I'll chek with a few others and see if they want to buy half or 1/4 and maybe I can make a deal to buy the whole beef. He's in Weatherford . . . if that isn't an issue I'd be happy to get you two in contact to discuss it. I think he's got 4 kill dates on the calendar for late summer or early fall.
I smoke bologna often.Lord only knows I've eaten more than my fair share of fried baloney and mustard sandwiches in my life but I've never tried it on the grill......looks like it might be some fine eatin'.

Was in Crest Monday. Cheapest cuts of beef I saw were over $10 lb. I had wanted a few pounds of a thin steak to make Pepper Steak with but not at those prices. Looks like chicken or pork stir fry instead.
