I’ve liked running game cams for over 20 years now, and it’s something I can do hunting related all year. To be honest, as I get older, I get about as much satisfaction messing with the cameras and watching the deer than sitting in a stand.Don't put my cams out until September. Case in point, I’ve got a protein feeder beside my house here in TX and have absolutely no intention of deer hunting here. Here’s a picture I got off that camera yesterday.
Better take some tick and mosquito spray they were thick when I went the other dayMy son and I are going up in the morning to start working. Tree trimming, replacing stand straps, get a cam or two going etc.
