I love my town. It is the real America. Texas and OK should form our own state

Texas is going more blue every year and will vote blue in the next 8-12 years if not sooner. Lived there 30 years and saw it changing.
Because of Texas’s electoral count, if we lose Texas, it will be damned hard to ever have a Republican President ever again.

It would not surprise me to see some of those blue counties along the Mississippi River start turning pink. I think many of the black voters are turning against the Democratic Party and their politics.

More than just the black voters. I read something the other day about a Zogby poll that showed Trump having something like 37% favorable from blacks and, if I remember right, 38% favorable from Hispanics. Not to mention all the others in the country that are seeing the differences between the Dems and Trump. Lot of people are in the "#walkaway" movement and moving away from the lefty Democratic party.

There have even been some black Democratic Party state legislators that are supporting Trump. And, if anyone knows anything about Leo Terrell, he has changed from being a rabid lefty voice for the Dems to becoming one who is supporting Trump, and he's dang proud to tell everyone why.

I hope this time around that it is true. That is people walking away from the Democrat party. We were supposed to have a tsunami in 2018. That didn’t happen. Barely kept the Senate and lost the house.

The Democrats have since "soiled their nest" by not getting around to denouncing the riots and "extreme protests." They are now trying to do that, but I really hope that they have waited too long and people will now decide the Dem's party isn't for them.
