Very good Dennis and Lakenut!!

Our youth hunt was a bust Days and days of camera pics with 6-10 does at the feeder. Friday we sat 9 hours and nothing, Saturday morning sat 3 hours in the wind and nothing. I called it a day and we went home before the kiddo got discouraged....sucked.

13 year old grandson bagged buck number 5 today. His sister is hunting for one bigger.

Since his older sister has been first at everything "hunting and shooting" at our house. She's never taken a deer with a pistol so thats the plan for the morning. He's good out to 75y easy. Notice the road and telephone pole in the background?

The wind busted us pretty good today. We had deer blowing at us within 75 yards in the timber that we never saw. It was swirling pretty hard.
