fairly new or "vintage"?

I'm a Winchester guy when it comes to the levers. Probably because that's what I grew up shooting. I never liked the short action of the Browning levers I shot.

Never shot the Ithaca.

I can tell you, all of the 9422's that I own are tack drivers. Flattest shooting 22's I've ever seen, with any round, including the magnums. Maybe I just got lucky, but then again all of mine are "vintage" and not later model rifles.

No expert and have only shot the first 2. Both Brownings always seem a bit small but they are sure fun to shoot. I love the short throw on the BLR

If you just get them all, you wouldn't even have this question!! (I'm 0 help with this one, have never shot any of them)
Well, I just happen to have all of them. I just came into a large collection, that I am selling for a very good friend of mine. He's a 91 year old Vet. I am going to buy one of these for myself. A Browning's are made in Japan, all Winchesters are post 64. All around 70's early 80's. The Ithaca seems to be a rare bird.

Oh man, that makes it a tough decision then. I would probably ask the buddy which one he likes the best and go with that one!
