Anyone have any personal experience with this light? If so, what did you like and what did you dislike?

My main purpose for this light is going night run n guns where I’ll be shooting targets anywhere from 5 yards out to 150 yards with either an AR or CZ Scorpion. I used my Inforce WMLx Gen 2 Red/White which is 700 lumens and want impressed with the throw at longer distances, especially through the smoke after I fired a few rounds. Thanks!

I don’t have any personal exerpwice but I’ve heard great things. Their methodology on design is sound to me. Saw a comparison to a new Modlight, and it had a little more throw, but if I ever run out of batteries for my old G2 I’ll go OWL.

Nothing personal, but P&S along with InrangeTV did a video comparing several types of weapons lights. I’m pretty certain the OWL was one of them.

Edit: added link to video

I have one, but it's the only WML I have currently. It is BRIGHT and has some throw to it. The modlites are rated higher but I'm going to wait till things die down before investing that kind of money. The OWL is a pretty good step up above anything I've used that's for sure.

I ended up going with my the Rein Micro just because of the OWL’s light switch sits on the top rail and using it will block my red dot on my Scorpion since it sits directly on the rail.
