And ATF does it again. Sorry for Tommy Built owners

That is the mentality ALL gun owners need to have if they try to implement gun registration of any kind. But that would bring on the government's strong-arm enforcers to see to it that those unjust laws get followed. Any cop involved in confiscation or the like is an enemy of the people, just like those who make the unconstitutional laws. And don't blow me that "just following orders" sh*t. Nuremburg set the precedent there.

I've asked this question of LEOs over and over, yet none will quantify the claim of "won't enforce unconstitutional laws".

Exactly where is that line drawn? Suppressors? Machine guns? 30 round magazines? Loaded gun in the car? Former felon in possession of?

There will be a few that refuse, but my guess is most will comply, that's been the case so far hasn't it?

Unintentional product of driving that company car home, everyone knows where to finish the party.

I don't think this will be handled by local LEOs. If needed, the .gov will subpoena the list of customers from Tommy Built and either send federal agents to the homes to inquire about them or just begin with felony charges. If local LEOs get involved, it will only be a matter of picking someone up for a warrant, absolving them of seeming the bad guys.

No one's going door to door. They'll pick you up at work, seize your bank account, randomly make examples of non-compliant individuals.

^^^ This. They know the danger is increased 1000-fold to their agents trying to serve a warrant at your home. The only ones subject to that kind of treatment will be the ones who hole up in their bunker and don't come out.

The "dangerous overly-patriotic" 2Aers are more by-and-large the kind of guy who gets up and goes to work every day... much easier and safer to nab him at his job, or pull him over on the road for some imagined infraction, etc.

They’d likely choose the worst possible example of a human that’s in possession of a non-compliant firearm and raid that individual to show what type of threat they are saving us all from.

I’d agree completely, yet have my doubts. I think some of these guys enjoy kicking down doors, shooting dogs, and bullying people; adds excitement, makes cool news spots, and justifies more spending on military hardware they can add to the department.

Probably have a small, elite unit of clowns that want to be SWAT-like, simply to enforce gun laws and drag people out of bed in the middle of the night. Won't be the main method of enforcement, but you gotta keep the troops happy.
