I have tons of family on FB. I’ve never set foot in the place and they all know to not give me any crap about it. I still live a happy productive life

I won't lie, the Gun groups on FB offer a lot more info than many forums. They can get shut down in a heartbeat though...... if more would only head over to Mewe.
I deleted my account last week. I tried to post something about the weather and received a message saying “your message is subject to admin approval”.
I have no issues on FB, but I'm not trying to convince anyone, of anything, nor do I want to see mindless crap from others. I'm also really good about realizing that there is zero value in getting into a pissing match with a keyboard warrior that will never understand reason. Life get's a lot better when you remember what Ron White says...
Some days it is hard to tell the difference between FB and OSA. I enjoy both, even with the few "triggered" folks you can find on either site. That's what the scroll wheel on the mouse is for.
It's tough for OSA to compete with the sheer numbers in these groups. 5K-15K members per group.
Following a couple Gunsmith pages on fb and they are scary. People ask questions and the answers they get make you wonder if any of the have ever owned a real gun, let alone worked on one.
