For the money spend another $100 and get a Ruger.
Hit enter before I was ready, not even thinking about it it just thought the RMR on that thing was kind of ...funny. Was looking to see if SSP still has the Kimber micro nine and seen that

They're generally ok for an inexpensive handgun, but quality control is more of an issue than design.

Like any firearm, you should disassemble, inspect, and thoroughly clean out any debris or machine shavings.

Just my 2¢ ... :drunk2:

are they that bad? Never handled one.

Having handled, and shot the SCCY, Jennings, and HiPoint 9mm pistols, I'd take the HiPoint over the other 2 any day. It might be a brick, but they are not uncomfortable and they just work. I actually have a HiPoint C9 and a Jennings JA-9 (got it in trade.) The Jennings has a huge square grip and is absolutely hard to hold on to. The SCCY wants to tear your wrist off, and the HiPoint is just downright ugly, but is the most pleasant to shoot of the 3.
