2021 javelina hunt

Had a great time in south Texas. Saw tons of wildlife. The highlight of the trip for me was taking a javelina at 38 yards with the handgun.

What part of South Tx were you at?
My buddy has a deer lease just North of Mercedes Tx. that is overran with javelina.
We went out there last month to move one of his blinds and saw them moving through the mesquite.

We were hunting east of Encinal. I saw more javelina this year than ever before. Lots of them everywhere.

No I don’t eat them. We donate them to the ranch. There are lots of people that do eat them though.

Always wanted to hunt them little tuskers. Looks like fun and great scenery. Congrats.
