$175 daily for a 35hp tractor and $100 for a 3pt roto-tiller. Speed x Implement width(in ft) x .1212 tells how many acres per hour you can do. 2mph x 5' tiller x .1212 would be 1.2a per hour. 3"-5" depth would take care of the trash as long as it's had a few days to dry out and it looks like it's brown already.

I have a 3 point 6 foot tiller I would rent for $50.00 a day, you come get it and be responsible for any damage. Be aware not all tractors will go slow enough for proper tiller operation. Usually not a problem with newer tractors but don't expect that Ford 8N to work with a Tiller.
