Evidently the deputy lastnight said they had no record or knowledge of the car. Soooo I guess the one that was here last week did nothing.

If he thought you were going to take his advice and drag it out to the road, it he may have thought it best that he didn't record anything about where it was actually found.

The deputy could have towed it. Sounds like he’s avoiding making a report and doing the impound forms. It’s an abandoned vehicle on your property without your permission. Would he leave it there if it was left in someones front yard?
What's he gonna tow it with? The Sheriff's tow service? The deputy could've called a tow, but that was addressed earlier.

I get the title if I could and call one of the auto salvage companies to come get it. Some claim they pay up to $600 for junk cars. As old as this posting is I bet you have dealt with it by now.
