A Razor wheel on a right angle grinder would do it quicker with less chance of starting a fire.
He has previously talked about cutting locks with a grinder, and has videoed various destructive ways of opening locks in the past, including a Ramset, handguns, rifles (up to and including .50BMG), and wire cutters. IIRC, he's even used electricity to melt locks.

I like the trick of using to open ended box wrenches and using the leverage to break them

He’s done that twice. The second time was because people told him about a better method after the first video.

He’s particularly harsh when it comes to gun locks (especially the locks for securing rifles and shotguns in police cars) and gun safes because they have such an important job and they (generally) do it so poorly. In one video, he even used a Lego astronaut to open a gun lock.
