Better check your facts Homie.
You want to say how my facts are wrong?

Fact: The warrant on paper was no-knock
Fact: AG Cameron during a press conference stated the officers were told by their superiors to knock and announce their appearance while serving this "specific" search warrant.
Fact: The police and "one witness who gave inconsistent statements" were the only ones saying that they announced.

You want to say someone is spouting BS you better be ready to step up with some evidence and citations son.

She should have did exactly what she thought about not taking and giving blood sample. Then not resisted the officers when they thought she should be arrested. So simple a cave man can do it

You should watch the entire video.

Officer was fired, his superior demoted. I believe she sued and won/settled btw.

You have to be one of the most insipid humans to have ever commented on a public thread. Hopefully you are not a member of LE , cause if you are somebody/ entity needs to pull the bit back in your mouth just a little more and gain control before you do something stupid.

Let me go out on a limb here and wager a small guess that you've been arrested before. You and Teddy seem to have the hatred of police in common. I'm not in law enforcement, you're first clue about that should be my screen name. I couldn't do the job of wading thru the human scum of society that wants to hate on the police but be the first to call 911 when they have a problem they can't solve themselves. I support the police, I obey the law, and each time they put a violent offender in the ground it warms my heart.

I mean, just look in Texas .... people are getting shot in their own homes before getting ID'd even. Botham Jean had officer-off-duty break into his house and kill him for not listening. Wonderful. Can police go "oopsey whoopsy doodle" anytime they break into the wrong apartment and kill people for not complying? Atatiana Jefferson didn't get a heads up either. Both those cases got charged.

But then there is Breonna Taylor who was killed in bed --- hard to comply when officers start shooting after breaking in on a "no-knock warrant although really that was just approved as a no-knock and they should have announced and the cops say they did but no one else except one inconsistent person said that".

Heck, even off of those cases, there is Ryan Whittaker in Phoenix who got blasted opening his door and trying to comply:
https://www.azcentral.com/story/new...tal-police-shooting-ryan-whitaker/5459142002/

Then there is Daniel Shaver who got blasted on camera trying his best to comply with conflicting instructions.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/vide...715e7a-dc3e-11e7-a241-0848315642d0_video.html

Andrew Finch didn't look like he had a chance either. He got swatted, would have had no idea what was going on and got blasted while being innocent in his home. Watching the body cam footage I sure can't see anything scary he was doing when he got popped.

Those are just some that I can think of off the top of my head that come off dirty. But from experience I know you are smarter than me, and most all other people on the planet so I'll await you telling me how wrong you think I am.

I think differently about the no-knock warrants on someone's home than I do on a traffic stop or while encountering cops in an investigation. I'm not a fan of no-knock, because mistakes happen and those circumstances have a high chance of fatality - especially for those of us on this board, right? That's almost a guarantee if your door is broken down in the night. People are dying before anyone figures out a mistake was made. If you are an honest citizen, and someone kicks in your door, do you expect it to be the cops? I think they should be used VERY rarely and the bar to get that warrant should be high.

However, if a cop stops me for a broken taillight and thinks I'm El Chapo, I'm going to do whatever they tell me to do. If I can't calmly work it out with them, they can arrest me and I'll plead my case to someone else. And there is a high probability that I'll live through it. Just like Daunte Wright would be alive if he'd just done what he was told.

Comply and obey what, something that we never had any say so in implementing. Awfully biased and narrow minded are ye?
Are you saying you support the willful violation of law? I am biased and narrow minded. I think those who break the law should be prosecuted and if found guilty, imprisoned to the maximum term. Build more prisons or stack them up. I think those who commit violent acts of crime should be shot at the scene of the crime and a clean up crew called out for big trash pickup. Any other questions I can help you with?

Even in your second case, that's potentially a life threatening case. Just the arrest can cause loss of job for instance, which could cause loss of health insurance, home, etc etc. Thousands and thousands in legal fees. Would you live, yeah, but at what cost. Look up how many people have had their stuff permanently stolen via civil asset forfeiture as another place where that could go wrong.

I don't know who that is --- do you have an actual news source because I'm not wasting however many minutes of my life on your Youtube SON. Or even better, write it out like a big boy with your own words and then support it with real news articles.
