Gun store owners and chain stores need to stop selling guns to democrats and apolitical people...that would end 99% of it, at least where the perp isn't using a stolen gun.

Define animal mutilations.
Skinning a rabbit or a deer after shooting them? There are certainly shrinks out there that would call that "mutilation" because of their personal beliefs being an anti-hunter or whatever they want to call it.
Rip a hunters guns away because of that?
We can't let a single person that thinks they are superior in their mindset like a shrink make decisions that would be legally binding against us.
Not even a panel of shrinks when the panel could be politically or socially biases against our hobby's with politicians making the decision who would be on that panel which is exactly what would happen.
That can't happen, no way, no shape, no form.

Hate to tell you this but there are people who kill and mutilate animals that have nothing to do with hunting, etc. They do it just to torture the animal. No hunter would skin an animal alive. Nail it to a board while alive. Set it on fire just to watch a living animal burn. And yes we do need people able to report these crazies and a panel able to put them away somewhere safe. Preferably with judges, lawyers, and other doctors working to keep it fair and only the crazies getting put away.

This latest murderer is a case in point. He has a known history of mental problems and violence. Yet he was able to buy a gun and killed 8. I think it has to be a legal process and you should be able to come back and try to get your rights restored once you get your head on straight. Face it guys, if we can not find a way to keep the crazies from getting guns so much, the Democrats will find a way to keep all of us from getting guns.

If he tried to push you off the roof ,that is evidence as is his saying he did something. different deal that some shrink somewhere saying in their personal opinion...... In this country you are innocent until proven guilty, mostly, as politics and money can skew that unfortunately. Giving someone the ability to take away your rights is just putting to much power in someone who has zero evidence to "prove" the opinion. Here is a pretty good piece on the laws I am talking about (even if it is Huff&Puff) They are required to report them but in many liberal states it is discouraged by the state government. If reported it is flagged so they can not legally buy a gun.

Violently insane means there is evidence of an issue, you have no violence without action!! I will not give up anyone's rights do to an opinion, you show me actual evidence then I am right there !! No doubt there are people that mutilate animals as described, but my point is that who is the one that determines mutilation and could that determination be used with a political bias to remove one's guns?
I do know some that equate killing deer with being a pathological killer that no longer needs to be allowed to live on this earth. Check facebook.
I don't take one anecdotal incidence as proof of any overall aberrational behavior that could be a nationwide issue.
What I do look at is the political winds that influence everything and how they are used against us.
As stated earlier, most of these shooter aren't red hatted Trump supporters going after a cause like the media wants the narrative to say, and they drop the story. If that person was found to vote Republican, the story goes on forever. Fortunately, not many have been Republican, as has also been said, that doesn't matter in the long game.
Political affiliations will never be mentioned in the staticists, only the gun and the number of victims, so we must eliminate the gun to make this stop.

Yeah, yeah, y'all know what I mean...doesn't mean it is practical or will ever happen...but we are in a warm culture war...if it ever goes hot, I doubt people on this board will be selling their means of defense to people who hate you. Pat Buchanan wrote a book called suicide of a super power that I never read, but I'm sure it lays out plenty of other crazy stuff we do to ourselves to destroy our own way of life. Letting people who do not have morals buy guns is suicidal on our part...
