2 year old asparagus crowns are the way to go, if you don't already have, yesterday was the time to plant..
Year after year they will continue to feed you..

Picked up a 3 wheeled garden scoot off CL for $30, the couple that we met said it was their aunts and that it was purchased in the late 70s early 80s, I'll refresh the tack weld on the swiveling seat and it's good to go.. Hard never flat tires this vintage tool will serve us well..

Bout 12" of new growth on the fig tree's, any luck and we'll eat more than last year..

Our's are kicking tail and have hit the dinner table numerous times now, they grow so fast that some stalks have gone to bush / flower..

I have had some go to fern as well. If they are not the size of a pencil, I let them go.
