oh by the way guys, i do window tint as a side job with a buddy of mine. we have the best rates in town. and we don't do BS. our tint is plotter cut not hand done. we don't two piece ANYTHING. we always drink back glasses. Wwe just picked this up last week. 2008 Corvette 3LT option package with the Z-51 handling package. Only had 3200 miles on it and is in preistine condition. So far I have added the factory mudguards, had the windows tinted, got some corvette floor mats and tuned the computer. Next up is cold air induction kit, some headers a dyno tune and shot for over 400rwhp and call it good.

Was that your white subie I saw at 2A on Sunday? I saw the red mudflaps and the blue 04 similarly dressed. I just sold my 03 rex today. Sad to see it go, had it since it had 3 miles on it.

Your should be real close to 400rwhp all ready. My, bone stock, '06 on 87 octane put 364 down. Don't think your going to need a shot to bump over the 400 mark.

Didn't 08's come with 430 at the flywheel? Shouldn't be more than 75hp loss in the drivetrain on that setup I'd think.

08+ is the LS3 with 430hp unless the car has the dual mode exhaust then it is 436hp. With a manual transmission and 15% drivetrain loss I am thinking around 370rhwp bone stock. 30rwhp is alot to pick up with only a CAI and tune. The 08's also came with a X-pipe from the factory so the only exhuast mods that will help are headers. Just not sure if the CAI, headers and tune will get it over the 400rwhp mark.
