Yeah, they're easy enough to find. Just keep your eye on Armslist, Gunjoker, and the gun shows. I've seen them for anywhere from $250 up to $500. Keep your eye out for a while and you will find a deal. I had to shop for several months to find one for what I paid.
Haha, I've seen that one that takes G3 mags before. It looks like fun, but more custom fab than I want to get into! Plus on a bolt gun, having to stick a stripper in every 5th round doesn't slow me down too much. An internal mag keeps the rifle nice and sleek too. I wouldn't want the barrel any shorter either... It is 17.75", which is just about the perfect length for that caliber IMO.
I'm thinking a flashlight in an offset mount, on the scout mount in front of the RDS, would be nice. Also I think it would look pretty slick to replace the factory flash hider with a suppressor ready QD flash hider, like a YHM.

I got a Wicked Light for Christmas - mounts on scope tube, would probably fit right on your tube under barrel. I got the green one (so as not to spook coyotes) -I highly recommend it. Lights out to 250 yds.
What kind of light is it?
Brand is Wicked Light - I saw them in magazine, wife bought for me for Christmas. They make'em in green, red and white. White will shine the farthest. Allpredatorcalls.com has them for about 140 bucks. That's the light, mounts, charger and two rechargable batteries.

Thanks, I'll check it out. As for the Run n' Gun, I've been planning on running it with my AR... But now that they lowered the round count to 30 rounds rifle and 50 rounds pistol, it is a little tempting to take the FR-8.
