Thats a NSR Noveske rail. Nice but with the weight of the double barrel nut it doesn't save any weight. I have one on my Noveske SBR and loves how skinny it is. Looks much the same as mine with 10.5 barrel, 11 inch NSR and kx5

Would you mind giving the specifics of your build? I noticed yesterday Sooner Guns and Gold is now carrying Noveske Chainsaw stripped lowers and I was considering piecing one together myself.
