These followed me home from the Wanenmacher show last weekend. From top to bottom:
1) Springfield Armory - August 1940 S/N (58K), early post-war rebuild with mostly WW2 SA parts and a 1947-dated barrel. The mid-WW2 stock still retains a legible SA/GAW cartouche and crossed cannons emblem, and an uncommon OG (Ogden Arsenal) rebuild stamp.
2) Harrington & Richardson - Spring 1954 S/N (4.6M) very early in the HRA production run, contains mostly correct HRA parts (including barrel) and correct 3/8" DAS cartouche on a HRA stock with a bit of tiger striping.
3) HRA - Winter 1955 S/N (5.7M) close to the end of the regular HRA production run, rebuilt at Letterkenny Army Depot in 1966 (LEAD mark on receiver leg) with a mix of SA and HRA parts, some refinished in the typical LEAD light gray park, and the original barrel and a nicely matched birch stock set with a clear LEAD triangle stamp on the pistol grip.
