I've been chomping at the bit to use my 03 FFL for a while. Finally did last night. Hoping to get a Tula to match my Tula Mosin. From the description, looks like most are 1920's manufacture so it's looking good.

Here's mine. Like I said, they are one of the best revolvers for getting yourself a very strong trigger finger. Mine has a DA pull of over 18lbs.
Even for their antiquated design, shooting them in single action you'll find them to be highly accurate even out past 25yds. A very fun gun to have in your collection.

Mine was delivered today. It's a very clean 1927 Tula. The import mark is under the barrel and very discreet. I'm very pleased, but wish I would've jumped on the C&R wagon back when they were under $100!.

Finally, a day suitable for taking pictures. Was good to see the sun. Its been a long time.

As previously mentioned, its a '28 Tula with red bakelite grips:

It came with a holster, cleaning rod and a screwdriver with detachable wooden handle.

Here she is with her 1939 dated sister, one that I picked up over a decade ago, back when they could be had for $69.00.

The blue is a bit glossier on the newer gun, and of course it has wooden grips. Otherwise, I couldn't spot any obvious differences in the two pistols made 11 years apart.
