go get some berries to eat blue berries strawberries and some kiwi.
a couple handfuls 3 times or more a day.
Eat onions also. Try to eat an entire round onion. chop it up and put it in a cereal bowl and pour some Italian dressing on it.
A nice chunk of steak to go with it helps it go down easier.

That is my solution.
OH and the mushrooms in season now the oyster mushroom have antiviral properties and many other good stuff going for them.

If nothing else people will steer clear of you for a couple days after you eat that whole onion.
Thing is it is an onion and if eating 10 cured a person they would not eat even 1 because it is an ONION!

I got that onion cure in an old 1800's medical etc book.
It has worked for me along with berries.. or maybe it just ran it's course. an onion a day for 2 days and I was cured.

if you see a 1957 4 door chevy there with brown paint and white top that is me.
You guys have fun.

I drove there and the 20 plus cars and all the people made me rethink it all, so I drove back home.
Not happening today.

I shoot there sometimes also. about 60 miles for me to drive there.
I have a friend that allows me to shoot on his land sometimes and the drive is 75 miles.. so I try to go the extra 15 miles so I can shoot farther out.
Usually no one there at all.
Banner is 12 miles so the gas saved vs the cost to shoot

Get you and OKCGC membership, you can shoot anytime during daylight hours, not many shooters weekdays.

I almost hate going to Banner Road anymore. Since they switched to lazy banker's hours, I can't go before work. I prefer to be setup and shooting just shortly after sunrise. I've been using the Lexington range. I find that most of the "shoot em up" folks don't show up early or during the week. I've been out there several mornings all by myself.

"lazy bankers hours"?

Is there not an "honor box" there anymore that you just put money in if no one is there?

I wonder if you talked with the old man about it you could come in early. Maybe I'm wrong.

I had more fun at my buddies place.. got to shoot 213 yards with a couple new loads .
This is virgin Lapua brass with 45.5gr Imr4064 and 155 A-Max 2.842OAL 210m primers.
1.641" center to center group. I just wanted to see if I could get the needed 2800fps and I got just that.

Seating pressures on the virgin brass is not consistent, after firing and I resize the case it gets real good.
