Your welcome. I thought it was cool and the wife wants to try the celery indoor trick. We do not use that much celery but being able to snip off what we want to add to dishes we are cooking would be great.

I've done leeks, potatoes, pineapple, ginger, garlic, and avocado. Pineapple takes over a year to mature, and you only get one pineapple in return. you could replant that one again though. Not waiting around 5-10 years for the avocado tree to mature.
Fun stuff anyhow.

I have tried for over 10 years to get avocado trees to survive in Oklahoma it just wont happen, I have however got my figs and kiwis to survive.

I been having fresh green onions all winter long when the parents dig their onions they place them in a shop building and after so long they will sprout and grow fresh green onions been doing it for years
