I had no idea how much fun this little thing is; I have taken it out once and shot right at 500 rounds through it with absolutely zero problems! She ran fine with everything I fed her: crappy old Rem GB, CCI standard velocity, CCI mini-mags, blazer standard velocity, Federal Champion, Federal Auto-match, and Federal bulk pack. Threw a carry handle on it; and then a 3X9 scope too. Cheap Red Dot going on next. I love this thing! What a hoot to shoot! That's a good looking 15-22....my first time seeing the green. I put a 3-9x on mine, seems like the best setup for me at least. They are crazy fun to shoot, congrats!

Seriously, there's not better SHTF gun than a reliable .22 like this with 2000 rounds of ammo in a backpack. Try doing that with any other readily avail caliber! Where'd you pick this up? Wish they'd come out with a factory FDE version that matches magpul.

The OD ones are at Academy. At least they were. I've since taken rattle cans, laundry bags, and masking tape to it to give it a snakeskin look.
