I have one of the small Cabellas bags that everybody bought last year for $10, no shipping. Bought a dozen of them at that price to give away, and use for tackle bags, etc.

I've seen some of the guys at the matches I shoot carry bags that would break down the spine of an elephant. Never understood the reason for that.

Of course, my wife carries a handbag big enough to take on a vacation using an international flight.

I use a tool bag with a shoulder strap. Big enough for extra mags, paper targets, staple gun, ammo, shot timer, spotting scope and ear muffs. I like it better than real range bags I've used in the past.

A small fish/tackle bag I got on clearance from walmart. It's similar to the $10 Cabelas bag. I don't need to carry much, just ammo mostly, ear plugs, that's about it. Before I bought this bag I used a Walmart sack.

I carry a pretty fair amount of stuff especially since most of my shooting is done in the country an hour away from my house. I have a bulldog range bag currently and am happy with the quality but not the size. I am in the process of replacing it with a backpack. I spent the better part of last night researching which pack would work best for me and still not 100%. I really like the maxpediton falcon II but $125 for a range bag is a little excessive and I still think it wont have the room im looking for. so as of right now its narrowed down to the condor 3-day pack or ALICE medium with extra pouches added. Love me some ALICE but I think the condor will make the better range bag.

I used a repurposed Eddie Bauer diaper bag for years. My bride finally upgraded me to a nice 5.11 bag. "Range Ready" is the model I think...
