Hey guys I need your help! Where can I find a reinforced gun belt in Oklahoma city? I am not picky, it doesn't have to be leather and I am okay with the Tactical look as well. It can be made in Oklahoma or just stocked in a store in Oklahoma City. When it come to belts I would much rather try the sucker on then order online and hope it fits. Please if you know where I can pick one up please let me know!

Looper Leather makes a Kydex reenforced belt that is available at their store off I-35 by se 29th or several other stores, Safety 1st in Edmond had some of them when I was in there on Sunday. I wear one daily. Good belt.

I thought Looper moved to Meridian and no longer sells direct?

If that is the case, I am unaware, the last time I bought one of their belts, maybe 3 or 4 years ago, they were still off I-35.

Yeah I read a lot of other people had the Looper brand belts but they website is disabled. I didn't know if they had went out of business or something similar. I don't live too far from Safety 1st so I guess I will go check them out. I bought a cheap reinforced double walled Nylon belt from Cabela's for the time being. I am in a little less of a hurry now. Thank you for your responses!

I was on my 3rd Looper Belt in 4 years. I like the look, the fit, the finish. They were made locally. I wanted to support them. They have just not held up for me. The Kydex breaks within a year.

I bought one of these a few months back and LOVE it. It has a spring-steel insert as opposed to Kydex. So far I absolutely love it. It is definitely more heavy duty construction than the Looper belts. Time will tell on the longevity.

I have a looper and the kydex has broke where the belt holes are. Still works fine though. I just for a magpul belt and so far it is great. Very sturdy. My gun doesn't move an inch when I where it. Whereas with the looper it does. I heard alien gear has one with steel inside and it only costs $59.99. That ain't bad at all. I might try one of those too.
