I just got my Ghost Gunner cnc machine this week. I have already knocked out a few lowers and loaned it to my buddy so he could do a couple. I am willing to help people out in the southwest Oklahoma region who want to mill out their own 80% lower. Obviously if you want to do an 80% lower, you know that I can't do it for you. However, my machine is for rent for a very cheap rate (usually a case of beer or some gun parts or end mills for the cnc machine!!!) and my time and assistance is almost always free (assuming you're not a complete *******!). I will be in the Lawton/Ft Sill area from July through September to attend school and will have my machine. I am a lover of the 2nd amendment and want greatly to help others get their own 80% builds going just a bit easier.

Hit me up,

Joshua

There was a case like this in New Mexico where the ATF charged the person with building firearms without a license. I don't know the details, but you might want to check on this. It had to do with renting machine time and offering advise.

Got this out of this months Guns & Ammo Ghost Gunner article.
Page 18 third paragraph right column.
ATF2015-1 says if a Gunsmith or machine shop lets someone use their equipment to finish 80% lowers for money that that operation must serialize and A&D the gun [Acquisition and Disposition means must be logged ]
ATF is trying to take a big bite out of the machine shop 80% culture.

so, I wouldn't advertise it around too much. You might get a visit you don't want.

I think the key words are "for money". If a person were willing to let his friends borrow his tools, then it would not be for money.
