Son bought one last week and we took it out to Wilshire Gun range today after work. Gun performed smooth as butter, saying that, we were shooting a box of Remington Thunder bolt or something like that. It was $26 for a box of 500. Son did a little "googling it up" after we bought it and after we run through that box Going to try a better grade of ammo. After getting the feel of the gun we were getting about 4-5 inch groups.
Hope it is the ammo and not the idjits pulling the trigger LOL.
We both shot way better with my 1911 and Taurus 809. Any of you 22cal gurus have any wisdom on which ammo we should be getting I would love the input!

My Bullseye guns (Ruger MK IV and S&W Victory) like CCI SV, good accuracy and a good price at academy. I sometimes break in a new .22 with CCI Mini Mags just to smooth it out a bit, then that trigger gets changed and all is generally well.

I have a Buckmark I like as well. There is an issue with them, the screws on top will loosen and the gun will not function, make sure you keep them tight.
