Picked this beauty up for a good price. Trying to track down a manufacture date but there is lots info on the net that is confusing, Does anyone have a good source? This one was imported by Tradewinds in Tacoma WA. The serial is 2711xx.
I dig the classic Schnabel forend and walnut stock with handcut checkering.

30-06. I would have been really fired up had it been a less common caliber. It's still a classic though. I'm thinking late 60's. Tradewinds quit importing them in 71 and another company started the importation.

Pretty cool rifles. I had a chance to buy one in 9.3×62mm years ago and didn't, and should have. I think they quit making rifles by the mid 70's if not earlier.
