This one is 7 3/4" total With a 3 1/4" blade.
Blade is Elmax stainless
Handle is green stabilized pine cone.
This is the first Elmax i have used so i will field test thits one myself.

Very nice! I was always Leary of the wearability of the stabilized pine cones. Some have said they were soft and would not stand up to hard use.

I would say, from my experience, they are middle of the road, once on the knife they become stable, I have used them a lot with no problems to date. They are as stable as all the other resin type scales I have used, as hard as a lot of burl woods like California Buckeye or red wood burl. I will give this one a run for the money as I plan on EDCing this knife at least through next archery season. I'm not going to use it as a hammer but it will be used a lot. I'm more interested in the performance of the Elmax, I know its good steel from what I have heard and read, just want to make sure the heat treat methods I have at my disposal make a high performance knife.

This one has Mesquite scales, with stainless steel bolsters and nickel silver pins, nine 1/16" pins a 1/4" Mosaic and a 1/4" lanyard tube. The blade on this one is 5/32" stock thickness CPM S35VN stainless steel with a highly polished finish.

7 7/8" total length with a 3 1/8" blade
