they sold gun parts and camping/survival gear. they have libertarian/anarchist/Christian views, and built their own guns off 80% receivers. the husband built upper receivers to customers' specs, and the state is using that as evidence that he was selling "assault weapons" though no customers were found, named, or charged.

30 days of surveillance and not one illegal sale was recorded.

he had some standard capacity magazines, which were returned to him by the CHP about a year ago, and those were listed on the warrant as well.

they hurt somebody's feelings, and got arrested for it.

Think anyone would take it? Because its a sure thing they are paying $1000 to the VFW. And they will most assuredly make an ass of their moral position. If not die of alcohol poisoning.

I would hope no one would take this bet because it is both stupid and irresponsible to go shooting after consuming this much of any intoxicant. Were I to consume 1/5 of pretty much any alcohol in a 4 hour period, I wouldn't even be able to stand up, much less handle a firearm. And I doubt if any one else here could too. But it's moot, because I also doubt anyone here would really be that stupid and irresponsible.

I say we stick to the regular old ENS (Eat-N-Shoots). DNS (Drink-N-Shoots) and/or SDNS (Smoke Dope-N-Shoots) are not cool.

Oh boy. So here we go, another one going to say how he would LIE on a 4473, and saying so in an open forum. And what kind of BS is that whole bravado about using the cartridge box? So you just basically said you would shoot people who UNDER the LAW, have come for you. BS on that. The problem here is ...well, it's kinda like when you shoot a bullet from a gun: Once you pull the trigger, that bullet cannot be called back. It was only 4 years ago they were hijacking limes. LIMES! Limes were literally over a dollar (some places $2) each. Really cut into my taco and Tecate budget.

If it's not marijuana, it's something else. The contraband is whatever they can get, arbitrage, and make money on. What it actually is (MJ, guns, limes, culinary oils, etc...) is actually of little relevance.

MMJ is not unlawful in oklahoma...

Right. So you just go ahead on and you shoot you some Federal LEOs then, big fella, then let us know how that prison chow is sitting with you. It (MMJ) may no longer be unlawful in OK, but as far as the Feds are concerned...IT STILL IS.

This whole discussion is what is wrong with states that have sanctuary cities. Federal law says one thing and the state and citizens decide the other way. Any one who partakes in MMJ and owns a gun is on the same level as someone who sneaks into the country illegally and hopes to stay here. In both cases Federal law is being broken. It's black and white, no matter your "freedom" beliefs. Rationalize it how you want.
