My buddies and I are going to make up some shirts and sell them. We’re still finalizing the shirt design, it will have a large image on the front essentially. We also will have stickers. $25/shirt & $5/sticker. This will be a whit shirt and crimson emblem.

Let me know about bulk orders and we can adjust prices accordingly. Dm me with sizes and shipping info. Should be about 2 weeks out.

Here’s a link for orders:

The shirts look awesome, but I gotta be a debbie downer for just a minute and maybe save you from some trouble.

Did you get a release from the University of Oklahoma as well as the NCAA for using their logo? Ramifications for not getting approval can be staggering.

Just thought I'd throw that out there. I don't wanna see you get yourself in any hot water.

I dunno... it's altered enough from the stock version, it could easily be considered to be an original logo. Then again, IANAL, and submitting the design for copyright is your best bet.

My wife did a lot of research on copyright issues as we are working on some projects for ourselves, I showed this to her and she immediately said, no, she does not think this is definitively different enough from OU's logo to qualify as an independent design. She's not a lawyer, either, though. I think you'd be very very wise to submit this for copyright before printing and selling.
