Then you do the hokie pokie and you turn your self about!

After the old way of programming keyless entry remotes and how we reset tire sensors at county. Nothing surprises me on the various way to change computer programming on vehicles these days.

Well, I found some bushings to use to center the rear wheels on the hubs.

They have a 14mm bore that matches the hub studs and 16mm od. I drilled out 2 offsetting holes in each rear wheel to 5/8 and pressed in the bushings. They seemed to work good to center the wheel.

The 35” tires seem a little underwhelming. Plenty of room for bigger meats!

Not the actual software programming but I got the jku figured out. There’s an app called ODB JScan that is used with a Bluetooth scanner that plugs into the ODB port.

I adjusted the tone ring count on the front and rear from the factory 52 tooth to the 60 tooth I have now. I reset the gear ratio and tire size.

I drove it around about 30 miles today and had no issues with the computer or traction control. Everything seems to be working like it’s supposed to.

The app is really cool, but it only works with Chrysler vehicles and the JK is the oldest Jeep model it works with.

It does everything from testing cel codes to the activation of every module on the vehicle to help with diagnoses. It also gives the ability to change a lot of factory settings. The first thing I did was turn the tpms warning lights off due to the lack of sensors.

The app and the Bluetooth scanner is about $30 I think, it’s relatively cheap for what it does.

Probably go with Warn hubs and maybe some 40s.

The current plan is to work out all the bugs and fine tuning the suspension and steering, then some tires. I’ve thought about welding some beadlock rings on these wheels too.

Going to run a 2.5 lb co2 tank to operate the front air locker, to start with to see how it works. Here’s the control center for the locker. It’s a solenoid, regulator and a wireless remote receiver to activate the locker.

Here’s the new Warn Superduty hubs! These are sweet and big upgrade from the factory lockouts!
