I have heard from several people how good 5 Guys are so the wife and I tried them for lunch. $28 for 2 burgers and 1 regular order of fries. We both liked the fries but overall nothing special. Sure not worth $28. Way over priced.

We will not be going back. Personally I think Sonic is better and I know Johnnie's is.

Yuck. I am not a fan either. I can't believe I'm gonna say this outloud but WhatABurger is fine with me most times. Grumpy can get his burger and fries. The Apple and Cranberry salad is pretty good if you have them leave off the cheese and feed the chicken pieces to the dogs.

Their business model is kind of like Starbucks, we're going to charge extra because that's who we are, and it will appeal to people who want to pay extra because they're too good to eat at cheap places.

Burgers are good, I never cared for their fries... but yeah, thirty bucks for two people is about average.

The 5 guys at 95th and Riverside in Tulsa was good every time i ate there. The 5 guys in Lawton was not very good any time i ate there.I will take an onion burger from El reno or Chickasha over a 5 guys anytime. The french fries at the onion burger places are good too and one order will feed one fat guy or 2 average people.

14 bucks for a burger and fries ? Not a chance. The best burger for me is at the Texas Roadhouse. Made of cuttings from their in house cut, USDA choice steaks, 1/2 pound burger with cheese and cooked medium rare ! Delicious ! Comes with thick cut fries for $10. I usually substitute a caesar salad and share my wife's fries.

I ate at one 4 or 5 years ago and left with the same impression. Just too much money for no more than we got. At the time it was 2 small sodas, 2 regular burgers and 1 small fry. I think the total was in the low to mid $20's which was an eye opener. Looks like today's prices would be closer to $30. The food was good but we were by no means full. Never bothered with them again.
