How many died with the first Polio vaccine? How many Japanese died recently with the new Covid vaccine?
Those numbers are public and a bit scary.
;
A lot of polio vaccinated people had a deadly side effect at first. And 52 japanese have died from the new (their new) covid vaccine

And Covid is a non talking point after Monday. I called it that way several months ago. I was right (it happens sometimes) and it was an engineered hoax to steal and election.

My boss just came down with a positive test of COVID, got it from his Nanny. So far his wife and child are not showing any symptoms, but he is not doing well and sounded horrible on Friday. I assume he is doing worse today. The test he got on Friday came back Negative.

I just got off the phone with him and he told me that he is ready to get "dumped in the creek", a Marlow expression meaning he feels near death and is ready to die. We're still conducting business though, so he appears to be able to get through it for now.

It's hitting closer to home. I lost a former co-worker to COVID-19 last week. He was 72-years-old, had beaten cancer a few years ago, and spent a month on a ventilator before they decided to take him off of it. Today, a personal friend was moved to ICU after five days in the hospital. She's in her mid to late 60's and has no underlying health issues that I am aware of.

Here's my personal experience with this mess. People who need care are not getting it because of a virus someone might catch. It is unconscionable what we, as a society, are doing to people who have legitimate IMMEDIATE health care needs because ... Oh NOSE A VIRUS.

The healthcare system is not failing people because it is "overwhelmed" with deathly ill COVID patients. It is failing people, regardless of what is actually wrong with them because we have corporate hospital systems, insurance companies and drug companies have rigged the system. NOTICE: Healthcare professionals are as much pawns in this system as the patients are. Don't get hurt ... Or sick with anything other than COVID guys ... You will NOT enjoy the ride. :(
Yep. My mother put off going for her colonoscopy because of COVID. When the stars aligned she was no longer able to delay it and she was actually able to get in for it during the ebb. They found a large tumor. Squamous Cell carcinoma. Stage 2. She decided to have an elective surgery prior to treatment and had a couple other short in hospital stays due to her renal function during treatment.

The way doctors are forced to "practice" now is just maddening. None of them will accept one whit of responsibility due to malpractice these days. I can't really fault them either, but gone are the days when a patient and doctor made the decisions on the course of treatment. I could write a book on this but I'll just stop right here. :pissed:

Luckily she just finished chemo/radiation so our visits SHOULD be tapering way off until this is over.

OMG! I'm so sorry. Glad she is almost done with all that and that things didn't turn out any worse than they did. And I agree completely -- politicians, insurance companies and corporate hospitals drive treatment plans, not doctors and patients. COVID gave them the perfect excuse to try out a business model that is brutal but effective. Lower costs by treating everyone as expendable. I don't see any end in sight either.
