Me either.I've never seen it. :/
I vaguely remember when it was originally on TV (or maybe the previews?), but have no idea what I/we were doing at the time.

I just knew there was something about you two...Me either.
Huh. Then I probably don't remember the original being on, must have been a re-broadcast.My wife and I watched it some 30-35 years ago. Good show for sure.
Watch it! A classic and a favorite of mine. Not that, that means anything to you lolMe either.
Watching it now. GRIT is my favorite channel by far.On a side note on Grit tv. Hangmans knot just started and there is a wagon full of 1860s in this movie.
Do tellThere’s also a three episode prequel to the Lonesome Dove series. It tells the story of when Gus and Woodrow first became rangers.
Once upon a time I was pretty well read. Louis L'amoure's stuff, all of Clancy's early works and more. For me Lonesome Dove and Shogun are the two best novels that I've ever read more than once. Love Clancy, but that's a whole different ball of wax (modern).Lonesome Dove is still one of my all time favorites. My brother plays it on his laptop in the car for long drives. I was reading the novel when the series came out. Had to record it and make certain no one talked about it around me before I finished the book. The movie is great but the book is the best I've ever read.
It has Diane Lane in it!Me either.
