More Christmas stuff. Just some scraps I had to get rid of.

I made the little one and wifey ordered 3 more.

the bricks in the forge glow red as they get hotter.
Awesome forge. I may have to build one. Lots of junk brass that the local scrap yard won't take, and the wife is getting into some glass works that require a forge to melt and form the glass.
When you did the twist on your iron did you have a tube to twist it in so it would stay straight?
A coworker before I retired built a tube to make wrought iron stair balusters for his new home. He used a torch vs a forge (as the gas was free at work) putting one end into a vise and the other end into a hydraulic wrench to twist them. Turned out really well, so that's why I was wondering how you got that twist into it.
