God I'm glad Grumpy is retired. But I can tell you that at least for OHP they take an oath similar to the .mil and there is actually a procedure in place for them to refuse an unconstitutional or unlawful order. Hope that makes you feel better.
Plenty of cops and Mil out there more than willing to violate the Constitution

I can think of one local small department that is in their break room jacking off to the possibility. But other than those guys, like Les Carter said, we don't personally know of a single officer who would. Of course, birds of a feather and all that. Just because we don't know them doesn't mean they aren't out there.
