I drove past this today. I'm no expert but it seems like a bad idea to have a completely unique looking house in the middle of a neighborhood.
I guess the market agrees..."30.30% less than nearby properties" (edit, I misunderstood the last sold price...but still 30% less than neighboring places is bad)
Its neat looking though...I guess.

Look around it, regular houses all around.

Looks like a medical clinic complete with circle drive

If you get out & about drive by 111th & Sheridan and see the white fortress they are building there for 2 people to live in I hear, 24,000 sq.ft. I have been told by the shuttle driver from a car dealership on memorial whose son is their lawyer.
They have been building on it for 2-3 years & there is enough concrete in the foundation piers to pave half of Tulsa.

Back in the early ‘80s, just before the oil bust, somebody built a huge white house at 36th NE and Rock Creek. It got caught up in the bust and sat vacant for years; I’m not sure that they even got it finished before the bust tamed the owners. Everybody I knew called it the White Elephant House because it was on the market for all those years with no takers. Apparently, they wanted a heck of a lot of money for it, but it was designed around the very particular tastes of the folks who commissioned it...
