Well a slight twist today. Had a Heart Cath today to check for any clogged arteries or such. The good news is that my arteries are clear and my bloodwork/cholesterol came back perfect. The twist is they discovered a size-able tear in my coronary artery. I will have some additional test tomorrow however at this point the will bypass the torn artery with another artery from my leg or chest. (This is how i understand it. I may have the technical details incorrect as I was pretty drugged up for the cath and it lasted for several hours after)
So, I have now been admitted into the hospital as they want to keep an eye on the artery until I have my surgery to replace aortic valve and bypass the tear in the artery.
Continued prayers are appreciated. More than likely this will be my last post before the surgery. My wife will update on Thursday or Friday. Thank you all.
